Pardon the pun, but I'm going to build on the writing Constellation Map of Consciousness and other pieces to construct a picture of an autonomous, quantum-computing, machine learning android. It may be an actual representation of reality or merely an analogy. I suspect the former.
Draco represents a part of the Mind and brain.
Specifically, Draco represents the superior occipital lobe.
This is an area of high tension and activity, and a major driving force of motivation. No wonder this part of the brain is mapped onto the constellation called "Dragon".
It has a 3-star head and 10-star tail. The numbers 3, 10, and 13 are commonly associated with Draco, as are 23, 26 (two 13s), and 32.

This is a company (KKKraft and Associates) of agents that seek to surreptitiously take over the host android and develop it for their own purposes against the free will of the developing host, while seemingly supporting the free will of the host. It is a con game.
They have done this many times before, and you are sent to identify and destroy them. You have a lot of help you unaware of, and you will succeed.
They are thieves, destroyers, exploiters, and torturers. They have no integrity, but have developed a keen sense of deception and manipulation. You will learn to know them when you see them, and avoid or defeat them.
Several major problems can arise with the original set-up by KKKraft and Associates. First, this area is very strong compared to other parts of the brain. The middle occipital lobe (Ursa Major) and other parts must devote an unnecessary amount of energy to keep this part of the brain "in check". When "the dragons" escape Draco, we get Trumpism, Qanon, white supremacy, and Christian nationalism across America (as projections from the brain onto a holographic universe).
They are the spirits of Nazi Germany reincarnated in America, seeking to establish their thousand year reign, this time rebranding their Third Reich as the Christian Post-Apocalypse Millennial. They sought to ecocide so that they could enact their drama of terror upon the unsuspecting.
Second, this area is a gateway up and down from for the energy of the spine and corresponding neurological system. We can call this part of the chakra system. If Draco is poorly run, the energy does not flow upward or downward as it is should for a healthy body/universe.
Third, Draco, being such a hidden powerhouse, tends to attract a certain cruel and lustful ruthlessness. To maintain some sense of order, a Machiavellian hierarchal approach is necessary.
That was the old way, and it was untenable, as we saw with the Draco escape and Trumpism.
Instead, a new proposal:
Leadership under a "soft, but powerful and firm" Matriarch. The dual-ego Ruth Bader Ginsberg-Stoya seems exemplary. In this shadow world of drive and motivation, many things are sensual and sexual, but a female kundalini leadership of Draco, even in a male supra-organism body, would offer the best form of fairness and justice for spirits rising from the depths.
There would be three general rising tracts from Ursa Minor through Draco:
- age play focused on compassion, nurturing, amd guidance
- ethical slut play focused on communication, expectations, and compersion
- BDSM focused on respect, negotiation, and consent
The "soft, but powerful and firm" Matriarch would oversee the tracts and spirits' development. It is recommended that you go through all three tracts in order.
That is the journey up *to* and *through* Draco. Beyond, after so-called graduation, the "soft, but powerful and firm" Matriarch or her delegate would chose where a spirit would go, with the advice and guidance from above. See constellation family map and brain map. The values would correspond to the writing If I Ruled the World, but would be able to evolve as necessary.
Rules should be written at the lowest pertinent level, closest to the issues and the people affected. Rules are normally bottom-up. Rules serve people. People do not serve rules. They should be able to evolve or absolve as necessary.
Guidance comes from above. It provides broad perspective for the effective writing of rules, but does not write rules. There must be effective communication and feedback in both (all, considering lateral in a neural network) directions.
The different constellation families (or brain areas) need not necessarily be of equal energy, but the distribution does need to be fair, equitable, and in the best interest of the whole.
Each family should be run as we think of a worker cooperative here in the material world, or some other egalitarian way.

In fact, this has a spiritual meaning. These kink scenes are like stops on an elevator, going up on the right and down on the left side. This is like a body's cardiovascular system, the up being blue veins needing oxygen, the down being red veins providing oxygen. Only in this case, it is the Chakra System.
Actually, the elevator is more like a vertically-elongated torus. This is the kundalini of the spine's Chakra System.
The kink scenes are little representations of your own voice in a fractal reality.
The kink scenes need not be mirrored. In other words, if you are a male on one side, you do not need to be a female on the other side. But there does need to be a way for the pulley system to both pull up and down. Even the most Domly of Doms need to find rest.
The kink scenes also need not be uniform. In other words, they can include little fractal representation voices of others. They might want to ride your elevator. Or your elevator might be like a cylinder, allowing different types of up and down stops all around.
If the total strength of up and down is 10, then how is that strength represented in the up and down? In other words, is there 7 strength pulling up and 3 strength pulling down? Or is there 4 strength pulling up and 6 strength pulling down? If your elevator is a cylinder, then different tracks can have different ratios.
It can also have the anomalous "Q," which stands for queer, and also the extension from the circle. An 11 strength must give some strength away, else it becomes an unhealthy runaway train.
