- Community: libraries, community centers, collectives, special interest groups, voluntary association groups, service clubs, meetups, makerspaces, community gardens, parks, public squares, new urbanism, free public transport, neighborhood associations, cohousing, intentional communities, ecovillages, and interfaith dialogue and secularization (eg Unitarian Universalism and religious tolerance in India)
- Education: skepticism, critical thinking, independent inquiry, and real-life skills rather than teacher/schedule obedience, rote memorization, and test performance; see universal preschool, democratic education, Sudbury Valley School, Montessori education, and free education at public universities, possibly with a volunteer commitment such as AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, or a Green New Deal Civilian Conservation Corps
- Health: preventative, holistic, and traditional healthcare*; single-payer publicly-funded system; see United Kingdom
- Safety: harm reduction, criminal justice reform, prison reform, defunded police, restorative justice, nuclear disarmament, demilitarization, UN reform, especially Security Council, and strengthening the ICC; eg, Norway prison system and prostitution in New Zealand
- Values: human rights, intersectional feminism, indigenous rights, children's rights, animal rights, and decolonization (including reparations, redrawing better borders based on ethnic and linguistic boundaries, and supporting autonomy/regional cooperations); Golden or Platinum Rule extrapolated
- Politics: libertarian socialism, neighborhood associations, democratic confederalism, open government, ranked choice voting, proportional representation, and clean elections; see elections in Australia
- Economy: 4 day workweek, parental leave for both/all, cooperatives, nationalization, unions, anti-monopoly, anti-Big Business, anti-multinational corporation, consumer protection, wealth tax, capital levy, progressive tax, and universal basic income without means test**, free public transport; see Nordic model, democratic socialism, green political parties, eco-socialism, and post-scarcity economy

These few ideas, in tandem, would be an optimal approach for worldwide human enlightenment. It would be the least investment cost for the greatest benefit for the most people and widest diversity of positive outcome. There is much more, but this is a good foundation.
